In preparation for midterm examinations, students in The Hun Middle School have been preparing both their minds and bodies for testing days. Beyond the teacher-guided review sessions of content and strategies, School counselors and faculty advisors have held Mind-Body sessions to demonstrate how nutrition, sleep, and exercise all contribute to academic success.
